Kidz 4 Christ

Our desire is to assist the families that attend LIFEhouse by providing facilities that are clean, safe and fun for kids.  We also have dedicated teams of volunteers who teach and mentor children in their own age group and classroom.  Because we also want the adults to have the best possible experience as well, we ask that children under three years of age not be in the adult services.  This is so we can minimize distractions and interruptions.  

Our mission is to reach kids that don’t know Jesus, teach them to live successful Christian lives and unleash them to change their world.  Every week kids learn about God with lessons that have been specifically tailored for their age.  We believe kids learn best by doing rather than just observing, so you will find active, hands on methods of teaching in all classrooms.

Nursery
(Ages 0-3)
We offer a safe and secure nursery for our infants and toddlers.  We believe that babies can begin learning about God even at a young age, so our nursery is more than just a babysitting service.  We want our tiniest ones to know that God made them, God loves them, and God has a good plan for their lives. 

Kidz Church
(Ages 3 -11)
We want church to be among the best experiences in a child’s life, and we want to lead them into a lasting relationship with Jesus.  That’s why we use games, object lessons, costumes and character skits to teach.  We also have a strategy to reach, teach and connect kids in this important age group. 

Missionettes
(3 years old -12th grade)
Missionettes is a program used by our church to introduce girls to Jesus Christ and to train them to follow Him. It is a place for girls in the church to invite their friends to meet Jesus, gather with other girls who love God, and be mentored by a sponsor who cares about them.  Missionettes is a nationwide program involving over 174,000 girls and 20,000 clubs.

Common Questions

When are the Kidz 4 Christ programs held each week?  
Kidz Church is held every Sunday morning at 11:00 AM during the Adult Morning Worship Experience.  Nursery is provided for each of the weekly services on Sundays at 11:00 AM.  Missionettes meet every Wednesday night at 7:30 PM.

Where do I drop off my kids for their programs?  
On Sunday mornings you can drop off your kids at our Kidz Church area located directly across from the sanctuary entrance where they will be greeted and registered.  On Wednesday nights Missionettes is held in our Kidz Church area directly across from the sanctuary.

Will my kids be safe?
Absolutely.  We have made the safety of our kids a top priority.  Every Kidz 4 Christ worker has been screened and has passed a criminal background check.  We work hard to ensure that your kids will be taught in a safe and caring environment.
